Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Life happens, and we get it! Here's how canceling and rescheduling works at Utah Haircuts, the family barbershop and salon in American Fork, Utah.

Please give us 12 hours' notice

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know at least 12 hours ahead. That gives another client the chance to book the time.

  • Cancel 12+ hours ahead: no charge at all.
  • Cancel within 12 hours: a fee of 50% of the service may apply.
  • No-show without a call or text: the full service price may be charged.

How to cancel

  1. Find the confirmation or reminder email we sent to the email address you booked with.
  2. Tap the Cancel Appointment button.
  3. Confirm on the next screen. Your time is released right away.

Can't find the email? Just call or text (801) 859-2798 and we'll take care of it.

How to reschedule

Cancel your current appointment using the steps above, then pick a new time on our booking page.

Paying for your visit

Nothing is due when you book. You pay after your visit, and tips are always appreciated.

Running late?

Text us at (801) 859-2798. We'll do our best to fit you in, but your service may need to be shortened so the next client stays on time.
