At Utah Haircuts, I value your time and mine, so I kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. For no-call no-shows, the full service amount will be charged.
